Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform stocking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standard.
• Unload trucks, stock, and maintain planograms; ensure in-stock, well-merchandised store.
• Support store recovery, SISO and AD set duties; assist with shrink and safety programs.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production; support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
