Job summary

Michaels Beckley, WV is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. Team Members support truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

We offer opportunities to engage customers in the Michaels Rewards program, assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and thrive in a climate-controlled retail environment with regular night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move around the store
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and use a ladder if needed

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance
• Support store recovery, safety programs, and SOP compliance
• Interact with customers in a positive, respectful manner and model company values
