Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues in a busy retail environment while balancing multiple customers.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and help with product styles, features and benefits.
• Meet customer needs using omnichannel channels for a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
