Job summary

MSG Entertainment Holdings, LLC is hiring a Seasonal Overnight Custodian at Radio City Music Hall to maintain cleanliness during overnight events. You will sweep floors, clean spills, empty trash, and keep restrooms in top condition while upholding MSG standards and guest experience.

The role is part-time and seasonal, with shifts 10pm–6am, 11pm–7am or 12am–8am, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in weather, and move around the theater during shifts.

• Receive deliveries and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure MSG standards are met and contribute to guest experiences.

Who are we hiring?

The Seasonal Overnight Custodian will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of their assigned area throughout Radio City on an overnight schedule.

What will you do?

• The Seasonal Overnight Custodian will maintain facility standards and assist in general cleaning. Duties included sweeping floors, cleaning spills, dumping garbage, upkeep of restrooms during events and general maintenance of public areas.
• Will be able to handle facility equipment of different size and weights.
• Will receive deliveries and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Candidate will ensure that MSG standards are always met and exceeded
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

Special Requirements

• This is a seasonal position that will be scheduled for the duration of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Potential to convert to part time regular role based on business needs and performance may be available to convert to a regular part time role based on performance.
• Must have the ability to work overnight shifts (10pm-6am, 11pm-7am, 12am-8am) on weekdays, and must be available on weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Able to walk and stand during the entire shift
• Must be receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
• Ability to climb and descend multiple flights of stairs while carrying equipment or supplies
• This position is part-time and scheduled on an event driven basis.
• Must be able to work within an environment with loud noises and everchanging visuals
• Ability to stand and move about the theater throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.

Hourly Pay Range

$19.52 — $19.52 USD
