This seasonal position runs through the Radio City Christmas Spectacular with potential to convert to part-time depending on performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility standards and perform general cleaning, including sweeping floors and restroom upkeep.
• Handle equipment of various sizes and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Ensure MSG standards and guest experience expectations are met or exceeded.
• Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members while adhering to appearance guidelines.
• Support event operations during overnight shifts and special projects as required.

Who are we hiring?

The Seasonal Overnight Custodian will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of their assigned area throughout Radio City on an overnight schedule.

What will you do?

• The Seasonal Overnight Custodian will maintain facility standards and assist in general cleaning. Duties included sweeping floors, cleaning spills, dumping garbage, upkeep of restrooms during events and general maintenance of public areas.
• Will be able to handle facility equipment of different size and weights.
• Will receive deliveries and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Candidate will ensure that MSG standards are always met and exceeded
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

Special Requirements

• This is a seasonal position that will be scheduled for the duration of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Potential to convert to part time regular role based on business needs and performance may be available to convert to a regular part time role based on performance.
• Must have the ability to work overnight shifts (10pm-6am, 11pm-7am, 12am-8am) on weekdays, and must be available on weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Able to walk and stand during the entire shift
• Must be receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
• Ability to climb and descend multiple flights of stairs while carrying equipment or supplies
• This position is part-time and scheduled on an event driven basis.
• Must be able to work within an environment with loud noises and everchanging visuals
• Ability to stand and move about the theater throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.

Hourly Pay Range

$19.52-$19.52 USD
