Who are we hiring?

Seasonal Custodians will be responsible for the cleaning and maintaining Radio City’s interior and exterior prior to and during events for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular.

What will you do?

• The Seasonal Custodian will maintain facility standards and assist in general cleaning. Duties included sweeping floors, cleaning spills, dumping garbage, upkeep of restrooms during events and general maintenance of public areas.
• Will be able to handle facility equipment of different size and weights.
• Will receive deliveries and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Candidate will ensure that MSG standards are always met and exceeded
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

• The ideal candidate will have custodial experience at an entertainment venue or large commercial property.
• A high level of energy and commitment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
• Must possess the ability to work with various operating groups

Special Requirements

• This is a seasonal position that will be scheduled for the duration of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Potential to convert to part time regular role based on business needs and performance may be available. to convert to a regular part time role based on performance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Able to walk and stand during the entire shift
• Must be receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
• Ability to climb and descend multiple flights of stairs while carrying equipment or supplies
• This position is part-time and scheduled on an event driven basis.
• Must be able to work within an environment with loud noises and everchanging visuals
• Ability to stand and move about the theater throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.

$19.52—$19.52 USD
