Responsibilities

Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
Gather and empty trash.
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using cleaners and tools.
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
Mix water and chemicals to prepare cleaning solutions.
Steam-clean or shampoo and extract carpets.
Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
Drive or operate powered equipment including ride on scrubbers or industrial ride on vacuum cleaners.
Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
