Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Culinary Supervisors for Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role centers on leading a line cook team, ensuring food quality, and maintaining inventory and cleanliness in a fast-paced stadium kitchen.

The position pays $22.00 per hour with weekly pay and a benefits-friendly schedule. It offers training opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentive and detail oriented.
• Basic math skills for recipe measurements and proportions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meets quality standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers and ensure kitchen equipment is in working order.
• Effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties.
• Actively work to maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Partner with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests.
