Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up tables following the banquet event orders
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly; replenish buffet line food as needed
• Bus tables and maintain clean foodservice areas
• Monitor guest needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled
• Follow alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
• Break down the event according to company procedures.
