Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a seasonal Culinary Supervisor. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Cook who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering exceptional food service and culinary excellence to guests during game days.

Responsibilities include supervising all team members, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring proper food storage, opening/closing duties, and helping manage food costs.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentive and detail oriented with basic math for recipes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meets quality standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers and ensure kitchen equipment is in working order.
• Effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties.
• Actively work to maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Partner with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
