EverBank Stadium – Delaware North is seeking a seasonal Cook in Jacksonville, FL to prepare foods, follow portion sizes and standard procedures for guest orders. You will maintain clean workstations, manage waste records, and assist with opening/closing duties and inventory.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a back-of-house role, ability to read prep sheets/recipes, and basic math skills. HS diploma not required. This role offers weekly pay and a supportive culinary team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-house food service position.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked.
• Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and end-of-day inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
