Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Cook 3 with back-of-house experience to lead parts of the kitchen, plan menus with the management team, and ensure food quality and sanitation standards.

You will train kitchen staff, operate equipment, manage portions and inventory, and help control costs while delivering exceptional experiences for guests during the season.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a back-of-house foodservice role.
• Ability to read prep sheets and recipes accurately.
• Basic math skills to follow measurements and portions.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and orders to determine food quantities and portion sizes.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, stocked, and sanitized.
• Use waste-control guidelines and document spoilage.
• Perform opening/closing duties and end-of-day inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
