Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a culinary arts program, eager to learn, and prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment. The role is full-time seasonal with a start date of November 22, 2026 and an application deadline of December 2, 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a culinary arts program or seeking practical experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong interest in culinary arts and eagerness to learn from hospitality professionals.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with food production according to established recipes and guidelines.
• Support daily kitchen operations by ensuring ingredients, equipment, and workstations are prepared for service.
• Maintain food quality and consistency by following established techniques and service timelines.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, temperature monitoring and daily documentation.
• Collaborate with chefs and culinary team to prepare and deliver meals on time.
• Keep workstations clean and organized according to policy and procedures.
• Learn and operate kitchen equipment safely; participate in cross-training across stations.
