Southeastern Vermont Community Action Inc. seeks a Crisis Fuel Program Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations, manage contracts, and ensure compliance across fuel programs.

The role also coordinates state-level activity and supervises seasonal staff while partnering with other SEVCA programs. You will engage with community partners to secure funds, deliver services equitably, and report on expenditures and outcomes under grant guidelines.

Qualificações

• Experience managing program contracts, grants, or compliance functions.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the designated service area.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and review contracts and agreements for Crisis Fuel and related programs.
• Coordinate with state partners and network with community organizations.
• Supervise seasonal staff and coordinate with the Program Director.
• Prepare and submit documentation for grant compliance and reporting.
• Provide direct client services as needed and ensure efficient service delivery.
