Job summary

Le Creuset Woodburn Premium Outlets is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to help create exceptional customer experiences and support the store team during the busy holiday season.

You will engage customers, share product knowledge for cooking, baking, and entertaining, assist with POS, stock, and merchandising, and help maintain brand standards while working a flexible schedule through January 8, 2027.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work at least 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility for more during busy periods.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers, explaining promotions, and meeting KPI targets.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by sharing product knowledge on cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Support daily store operations, including POS, replenishment, inventory, and merchandising.
• Maintain Le Creuset brand standards and a clean, inviting store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to busy seasonal priorities.
