• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability to work throughout the seasonal assignment, which is expected to continue through January 8, 2027
• Ability to stand and walk on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• A genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and the Le Creuset brand
