• 1 year experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• English reading and comprehension required.
• Must pass a practical cooking test with at least 80%.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks food to order based on recipes, SOPs, and verbal instruction.
• Cooks in ala carte, banquet/catering, and buffet service styles.
• Maintains high quality of food and service for Ocean Casino property and events.
• Reads orders and prepares dishes according to instructions and SOPs.
• Capable of performing duties of cook 3 and kitchen runner.
• Operates and supervises duties with proper training; deep frying and marking/searing proteins as required.
