Job summary

Grand Canyon Railway and Hotel in Williams, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Intermediate Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and serve high-quality meals, support menu execution, and help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen in a fast-paced environment.

This seasonal role offers AM and PM shifts, with pay at $19.85 per hour and end date January 6, 2027. You will work closely with the team, follow Food Safety procedures, and contribute to guest satisfaction through consistent, tasty

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Experience on multiple kitchen stations and high-volume cooking.
• Food safety certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support the Xanterra Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Prepare food orders according to recipes with proper portion control and timing.
• Maintain safety and sanitation, and work with team to ensure quality dishes.
• Assist with station setup/breakdown and cross-train on other areas.
