Job summary

The Grand Canyon Railway and Hotel in Williams, Arizona invites you to join our Kitchen Crew. This team supports Expeditor, Dishwasher, and Cook IV roles, ensuring leftovers are removed, dishes are cleaned, and buffets are kept to standard while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supports Expeditor duties: removes leftover food from bussed dishes, ensures proper cups and silverware organization, travels between stations.
• Assists Dishwasher in cleaning and sanitizing utensils, dishware, pots/pans, and keeping kitchen areas clean.
• Supports Cook IV duties: follows Health Code, maintains buffet setups, monitors cleanliness and food safety, and adheres to SOPs.
