Levy Sector, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a skilled Cook for a seasonal, grab-and-go kitchen at Snow Summit. The role starts at $21/hour and requires weekend and holiday availability.

Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow and learn within a leading hospitality company. The Cook will prepare and cook a variety of meals, follow recipes, and ensure high-quality food while maintaining a clean kitchen and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook in a restaurant environment.
• Experience with cutting tools, cookware and kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures per guidelines.
• Ability to work as a team and communicate well.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to questions in a timely manner.
• Prepare high-quality items according to recipes and standards.
• Serve meals with proper portions and temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food storage.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance needs and faulty equipment promptly.
• Assist with in-service and safety meetings.
