The cook will prepare and plate meals in a fast-paced grab-and-go kitchen, following recipes and maintaining food quality and safety. Flexibility and stamina are important for a busy seasonal operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant environment.
• Experience using cutting tools, cookware and kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and food safety guidelines.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
