Project Manager – Residential Construction

Handyman Connection is hiring a motivated Seasonal Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from estimate through completion. This role is for candidates who only want to work spring through fall and have astrong, hands‑on understanding of residential construction who can confidently sell and manage projects, communicate with customers and trades, and keep jobs moving.

Compensation

• This position is Base + Commission structure
• Base salary is paid weekly
• Commission is paid weekly, and earned based on profitability of projects managed
• Tiered commission structure with strong earning potential

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate project estimates
• Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

Required Qualifications
