Job Overview

Handyman Connection is hiring an experienced Project Manager/Handyman for a year‑round hybrid position. This role will oversee residential remodeling projects from estimate through completion during the spring through fall and handyman/home remodeling in the winter. This role is for candidates with a strong, hands‑on understanding of residential construction who can confidently sell and manage projects, communicate with customers and who is an exceptional craftsman.

Compensation

• Base + Commission structure
• Base salary paid weekly
• Commission paid weekly, earned based on profitability of projects managed
• Tiered commission structure with strong earning potential

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate project estimates
• Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
