LB Capital is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish, delivering a top-tier customer experience. This on-site role puts you in the driver's seat in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

You’ll earn base salary 55k–60k USD per year, plus unlimited commissions on upsells, with paid training and strong career growth. Must be able to lead teams, coordinate crews, and communicate clearly with homeowners and office staff.

• Valid driver’s license and a strong work ethic
