CHARMED CITY CONSTRUCTION AND HOME is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion in Baltimore City. The role involves managing all phases, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing schedules and budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction on site.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of codes and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of residential construction projects from start to finish.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Meet clients for final walkthroughs.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Oversee truck and tool maintenance, as needed.
• Any other tasks that are needed to complete projects successfully.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion in Baltimore City.

What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to ensure quality and timely performance.
• Maintain project schedules, budget, and work plans.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to train and teach as needed field staff members.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in construction management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of all construction trades and scopes of work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple teams.
• Commitment to client satisfaction.
• Regular on site attendance at job sites is required for this position.
