Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a part-time seasonal Concierge at Stratton. You will welcome passholders, verify eligibility, assist with ski-related arrangements and resort services, and collaborate with F&B and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

This role requires 2+ years in customer service, front desk experience preferred, and weekend/holiday availability. Starting wage is $22.00 per hour, with ongoing recruitment through December; benefits include an employee

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Front desk experience preferred.
• Enjoys building relationships with guests.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Understands privacy and confidentiality in a private club.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth and personalization.
• Verify passholder eligibility and manage lounge access.
• Assist with ski-related arrangements and mountain activities.
• Answer inquiries about resort amenities, dining, events, and services.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Assist with planning and executing Edelweiss Room events and activities.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly.
• Resolve member concerns with discretion and a service mindset.
• Collaborate with F&B and leadership to support consistent guest experiences.
