Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, TX. This seasonal role focuses on managing a stand with a hands-on leadership style and emphasis on team development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale concessions, strong communication skills, and a commitment to food safety and quality standards. Training, advancement opportunities, and a flexible schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in leading a concessions operation is preferred.
• After training, you will be able to work independently and manage a stand.

Responsibilities

• Assist determining quantity of food and beverages for the stand while maintaining quality and safety.
• Monitor temperatures to ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Serve and merchandise food and beverage according to guidelines; replenish as needed.
• Oversee staff in the stand and area; ensure proper uniforms and sign-in/out.
• Clean equipment and storage areas; dispose of leftovers properly; follow sanitation procedures.
• Assist with inventory and maintain records comparing consumed vs. leftover goods.
