Job summary

Stew Leonard is seeking a Host/Hostess for the Coffee Department to deliver friendly customer service and assist with product questions, weighing and pricing items, and serving customers at the service bar.

The role is seasonal and hourly, with an estimated pay range of $17.25 to $18.25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for long periods in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions to provide exceptional service
• Select, package, and price products at the service bar
• Maintain cleanliness; operate cash register for coffee and ice cream sections as needed
• Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety regulations while serving products
• Assist in restocking cases and maintaining organized work areas
• Help with other duties as assigned by supervisor

Host/Hostess Coffee

Must be at least 18 years and older

Position Description:

Host/Hostesses interact directly with customers at the service bars and provide assistance by answering product questions, offering recommendations, weighing and pricing product ordered by customer at service bar in the Coffee Department.

Your day-to-day:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering questions
• Selecting, packaging, and pricing products ordered by customers at the service bar
• Clean equipment
• Coffee and Ice cream only: operate cash register and receive payment in various forms
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations while preparing and serving products.
• Assist in maintaining and restocking cases
• Assist in other duties, as assigned
