Caesars Entertainment in Columbus, OH is seeking a Front Server to provide friendly, prompt, upscale service to guests. You will take orders, deliver meals, answer questions, and keep dining areas organized and clean, all while maintaining family-style service with the team.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. Experience in food service and a neat appearance are essential.

Job Summary

The Front Server provides friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, upscale service consistently to guests. Must possess the willingness to provide friendly service support to front servers while still maintaining precise and coordinated team responsibilities with the other back servers.

What You Will Need

• A Front Server’s position requires a variety of skills including but not limited to excellent organizational skills, communication skills, physical stamina, enthusiasm, courtesy, sincerity, initiative, and persistence.


• One year in a food service or retail-based position preferably in food & beverage working directly with customers.


• Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods.


• May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.


• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing.


• Must be able to pass a background investigation.


• High School Diploma or equivalent. Culinary degree preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds


• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds


• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively


• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period


• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
