Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Process CLuB payments, applications, and account inquiries.
• Provide product demonstrations and maintain accurate CLUB inventory.
• Support store operations and deliver peer coaching as needed.
