Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and promote CLUB membership. You will act as product expert and handle account servicing, CLUB sales, and member activations.

You will process payments and applications, coach peers, and ensure compliance while keeping the CLUB booth organized. The role requires a high school diploma and 0–2 years of experience, with strong communication and attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership and exclusive experiences for current members.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales.
• Maintain CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and assist with CLUB applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide peer coaching and act as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service to all areas of the store as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
