Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Seasonal CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service and promote the CLUB membership program. You will act as a product expert, processing memberships, guiding guests through CLUB benefits, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across the store.

Responsibilities include presenting exclusive CLUB experiences, maintaining the CLUB Booth, and delivering accurate reports while supporting store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership options.
• Demonstrate products and explain CLUB benefits to guests.
• Process CLUB memberships, applications, and payments.
• Maintain CLUB Booth organization and accurate inventory.
• Provide timely daily feedback and reports on CLUB activities.
