Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI. The Cook 3 will lead kitchen operations, help plan menus, ensure food quality, and train team members while maintaining health codes and safety standards.

You will work in a dynamic venue environment, handle opening/closing duties, and contribute to efficient production and cost controls. Seasonal, with weekly pay and growth opportunities within a global hospitality company.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of back-of-house foodservice experience.
• Ability to read prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients.

Aufgaben

• Review menus and orders to determine types and quantities of food to prepare, ensuring portion sizes, quality standards, and proper temperatures.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked; maintain sanitary kitchen and storage facilities.
• Use waste control guidelines and record waste on the spoilage sheet.
• Perform opening, closing, side work, and end-of-day inventory per guidelines.
