Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan is hiring seasonal Cooks to join our team as Cook 3. You will lead in the kitchen, plan menus with management, ensure food quality, train colleagues, operate equipment, and uphold health codes and sanitation standards.

You will review orders, maintain temperatures, keep all areas clean, record waste, and handle opening, closing, and end-of-day inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a back-of-house foodservice role.
• Ability to read and follow prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills for measuring and portioning.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and orders, portion foods to spec and ensure quality.
• Keep kitchen, coolers, and equipment clean, sanitized, stocked.
• Track waste and record spoilage.
• Handle opening, closing, and end-of-day inventory tasks.
