Qualifications

• Back-of-house foodservice experience is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to comply with portion sizes and quality standards, maintaining proper temperatures and storage.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and assist with end-of-day inventory.
