Job summary

Pleasant Valley Golf Club is seeking energetic, service-oriented seasonal Bartenders/Servers to join our team. This role provides exceptional food and beverage service to pass holders, guests, and event participants while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Weekend and holiday availability required. Ideal candidates are self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending and/or serving experience preferred.
• RAMP Certification (completed/renewed before start date).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per PA LCB laws.
• Provide friendly table and bar service.
• Enter orders into POS and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, dining areas, and carts.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Complete opening/closing duties and work with staff.
• Assist with tournaments, outings, and events.

Seasonal (April–October) | Part-Time

Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager

Position Summary

Pleasant Valley Golf Club is seeking energetic, service-oriented seasonal Bartenders/Servers to join our team. This role provides exceptional food and beverage service to pass holders, guests, and event participants while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Ideal candidates are self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with PA LCB laws
• Provide friendly, attentive table and bar service
• Enter orders accurately into POS and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, dining areas, patio, and beverage carts
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Complete opening and closing duties and work collaboratively with staff
• Assist with tournaments, outings, and special events
