Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a friendly Server/Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage and dining experiences in our clubhouse settings. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, take orders, handle payments, and ensure responsible service while collaborating with culinary and service teams.

The role requires strong guest service skills, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, basic math for transactions, and reliable cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• TABC or applicable state alcohol service certification required, as applicable.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and members with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Take orders and provide menu recommendations.
• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with recipes and safety standards.
• Process payments and manage POS transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized bar, dining, and service areas.
• Verify guest age before serving alcohol.
• Support banquet, tournaments, or special events as assigned.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
