Hood CPAs is seeking a Seasonal Client Success Representative I for in-office support in Missouri. The role runs from December 8, 2026 to April 30, 2027 and focuses on onboarding, maintaining member relationships, and ensuring clients realize value at every touchpoint.

You’ll be detail‑oriented, empathetic, and collaborative, handling inquiries, CRM data, and routine tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year in customer service or admin support required.
• Data entry or call center experience preferred.
• Basic MS Office and ability to learn new systems required.
• Experience in professional services/financial/tax environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine client inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Manage client requests, ticket queues, and elevate complex issues.
• Collect, review, and track client documentation for completeness.
• Support client onboarding, portal access, and tech questions.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
• Monitor assigned client statuses and follow up on items.
• Assist with tax season campaigns, payments, and initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings and process administrative requests.
• Support office operations including mail, supplies, payroll, and checks.
• Maintain front desk coverage, visitor tracking, and client surveys.
