You will handle workflow, client communications, and internal processes to help the tax, outsourcing, or assurance teams meet deadlines and deliver quality service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required
• Professional services industry experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to quickly master new software applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Products
• Experience with CCH ProSystemFx is preferred
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe, and other internal systems

Responsibilities

• Support the office during tax season with organizational and client-focused tasks
• Prepare and mail tax organizers, organize client documents, and assist with tax returns
• Track deadlines and manage eFile forms and related workflows
• Coordinate client documents, authorizations, and communications for the tax team
• Assist with engagement letters, billing, and CRM activities as needed
• Provide general back-up to internal operations and cross-team support during peak periods
