Responsibilities

• Tax Preparation: Prepare 1040 forms for individual income tax returns and file electronically or by mail, keeping accurate records.
• Consultation: Calculate liabilities and refunds, apply deductions/credits, and perform tax research as needed.
• Administrative: Collect and organize tax documents and enter data into tax software.
• Client Management: Communicate with clients to answer questions and provide guidance; record billable time for invoicing.
