• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe, and other internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service support within Tax, Outsourcing, Assurance or Digital groups.
• Assist with client deliverables, billing and workflow coordination.
• Coordinate internal/external meetings and prepare reports as needed.
• Support team leaders and back up internal operations during peak periods.
