Overview

As a Device Cleaning Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our devices are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and product quality.

What you’ll do

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of various electronic Apple devices, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
• Inspect devices for any damage or wear, documenting findings for further action.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques tailored for different device types.
• Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is in good condition.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline cleaning processes and improve efficiency.
• Follow established protocols for handling devices safely and securely during the cleaning process.

Basic qualifications

• Very strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role, particularly with electronic devices.
