Second Life Mac is seeking seasonal Technical Associates to support end-to-end refurbishment of Apple devices. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform repairs, reinstall operating systems, update firmware, and securely wipe data as part of a fast-paced production line.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple devices (MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, etc.).
• Perform component replacements and system repairs.
• Reinstall operating systems, apply firmware updates, and configure devices for use.
• Execute secure data wiping in accordance with company protocols.
• Assess devices for physical condition and grading.
• Inspect completed devices to confirm functionality and quality.
