Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience for customers at our Nashua location. You will apply product knowledge and Lindt selling skills to help shoppers find the perfect chocolate and enjoy a memorable visit.

The role requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering friendly service, achieving sales goals, and upholding store standards. Prior retail experience is preferred, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be needed.

• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and Lindt product knowledge to help customers meet their needs.
• Strive to meet or exceed individual sales goals and follow store selling programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including shelf stocking and price accuracy.
• Assist with cash handling, POS operations, and documentation per policies and procedures.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management in a timely manner.
