Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a cheerful Chocolate Advisor for our Lake George, NY shop. This seasonal, part-time role focuses on delivering a premium in-store experience, sharing product knowledge, and helping customers find the perfect Lindt treats.

You will engage with customers daily, meet sales goals, and assist with inventory and store upkeep. Availability nights, weekends and holidays is required to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly sales goals through exceptional customer service.
• Upsell and promote current marketing programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; assist with inventory.
• Handle cash and POS operations accurately.
