Lindt USA is looking for a Chocolate Advisor to join our in-store team in Minnesota. You will create a premium in-store experience for customers, leveraging product knowledge and Lindt selling skills to help drive sales while representing the Lindt brand.

Candidates should be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and be comfortable with the physical aspects of retail work. The role emphasizes guest engagement, accurate cash handling, and adherence to company policies.

Formación

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high levels of customer service and Lindt product knowledge to meet sales goals.
• Maintain store standards and contribute to inventory accuracy and merchandising.
• Ensure POS and cash handling procedures are followed accurately.
• Support store operations including shelf replenishment and cleanliness.
