Job summary

Bergen Logistics is seeking a seasonal Picking Driver (Cherry Picker) to safely operate a cherry picker up to 30 feet to access inventory across the warehouse. You will use RF scanning to ensure accurate order selection and maintain a clean, organized picking area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as an order picker or similar warehouse role.
• Experience or license handling order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Experience with RF devices.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Excellent attention to detail and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate cherry picker/up to 30 ft to access inventory.
• Use RF devices to pick accurately and efficiently.
• Follow pick lists to ensure correct quantities and products.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe work area.
• Report malfunctions and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with team to meet UPH targets and productivity goals.
