Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven experience as an order picker or in a warehouse role.
• Experience or license in operating order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Experience with RF devices.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Great attention to detail and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cherry picker to access inventory at height up to 30 feet.
• Utilize RF devices to enhance order picking accuracy.
• Pick items according to pick lists with correct quantities.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to maintain a safe workspace.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report issues.
• Ensure quality of picked materials and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate warehouse activities.
• Meet and exceed UPH targets for picking channels.
• Maintain an organized and clean picking area.
