Eataly Downtown is seeking a Seasonal Catering Associate to coordinate daily catering orders and ensure flawless execution. The role reports to the Catering Manager and offers a base rate of $17–$18 per hour for a seasonal position ending early January.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of catering and sales management experience, and be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays. Benefits include a free family meal daily and employee discounts at Eataly.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in catering and sales management.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay mobile for 8 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates catering needs with store departments.
• Maintains relationships with customer base through follow-ups.
• Performs daily administrative tasks for catering orders.
• Handles in-store consulting for events and large orders.
• Communicates with call center, managers and clients for flawless execution.
