Role Overview

The Sales Support Associate is crucial to our store’s success, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include creating positive customer interactions, maintaining the sales floor, and supporting inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Wrap: Greet customers, operate POS accurately, maintain cleanliness, suggest add-ons, and thank customers to encourage return visits.
2. Stockroom/Warehouse: Receive shipments, verify inventory, organize stock, and participate in inventory counts.
3. Sales Floor: Replenish stock, support visual merchandising, and respond confidently to customer inquiries.
